We are a epicurean society made up of local enthusiasts, master winemakers, and premier establishments, all connected by a shared passion for exceptional food, fine wine, and cultural discovery across the Lake Chapala region. Instead of gathering in one single location, our society brings people together through roaming culinary experiences and exclusive wine tasting events hosted at various top venues throughout the Lakeside area.
Ribera del Vino
The Lakeside Epicurean Society is thrilled to announce an exclusive collaboration with Alma Alquimista to debut The Ribera Del Vino this coming fall. This partnership will allow our culinary society to secure a single, extraordinary cask to craft a strictly limited edition of 300 private-label bottles, a rare vintage that will not be available to the general public. This unreleased lot will be distributed among a select group of premier Lakeside restaurants, launching a friendly culinary competition where our society members will engage in wine tasting events and explore the region to experience uniquely designed menus for this wine, ultimately voting to crown the definitive Lakeside food and wine pairing champion.
